I actually returned, a co-worker talked me into trying them again and good thing I let him talk me into it, 'cause I discovered they now have croissant donuts and they are tasty. Yummy, in fact. Flaky, buttery glazed goodness.

My first experience at a Dunkin' Donuts was awesome thanks to the service and coffee. My wife and I have wanted to try Dunkin' Donuts since they opened this location in CB last year. We went in and were immediately greeted by the cashier. (Don't remember her name but it was at 8am on Saturday morning). We told her that we were both first-timers and she was super nice and answered all of our questions. I ordered a large Pumpkin Spice Iced Latter and it was awesome. Just the right amount of coffee taste to pumpkin spice flavoring. It was perfect. My mom wanted a couple donut holes to try and the cashier actually gave us two to try for free. Again, awesome customer service. The food prices seem kind of pricey for what you get. My wife purchased a ham and cheese breakfast sandwich and there were only a couple pieces of ham in it. Definitely not worth the few bucks that they are charging for it. But the coffee prices were pretty good. A little under $4 for my iced latte. I was stoked when Dunkin' Donuts came to Council Bluffs. It's been a long time coming. Council Bluffs, overall is limited in their coffee/breakfast options for a quick, on-the-go breakfast. To top it off they had a deal going on where a person loads $2 on a gift card and received $10 and a free drink. The first we went I tried a peppermint mocha iced latte decaf (preggers) with half syrup as I like to taste the actual espresso and not have it drowned by sugar. They were a little hesitant, but I told them I'd rather have them make it to where i could add rather than redoing the whole thing. The drink turned out exceptional. It was delicious and comparable to what I usually get at Starbucks. i also had the #5 which is a ham and cheese breakfast sandwich and potato rounds. Both were excellent and I was pleased with everything. In addition to breakfast, they also have a lunch menu offering sandwiches such as a tuna melt, and a wide variety of donuts, including a croissant donut. It was all very tempting. As you could imagine, I was more than excited to go back. We went in the afternoon, and got behind a lady that couldn't make up her mind and kept canceling and reordering. The people behind her were very upset as the line started to grow. It wasn't the employees fault by any means. But I started to get irritated with everyone else. I ordered exactly what I ordered previously (they had different workers that day). I had to repeat it several times. I think it would have made sense for them to write it on the actual cup instead of telling the person who was making the drinks. When I think she had it down, she brought the blender over to me and said "tell me when to stop"as she started pumping chocolate into the blender. I told her to stop and just put in half of what they normally do. She was confused and made the drink as is. It came out horrible. It tasted like peppermint schnapps. I told her i didn't like it and she made it again. Throughout the process of making it, she made sure to show me what she was doing, making me feel really stupid. The drink came out the second time tasting comparable to the first drink.It was almost as if the espresso was burned. I felt like an ass having them remake it when it was just going to come out the same way, so I just left. I understand that i have a complicated drink order, but consistency should be a key value. I won't be going back.

Well I went to try this Dunkin Donuts for the first time tonight and instead I encountered the employee arguing with her boyfriend out the window hollering obscenities so I decided to leave better luck next time I guess should probably up the standards on your employee hiring process.
